Windows7安装Composer出错 [ 2.0 版本 ]

谢谢大师解答,不过执行 "php composer.phar global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:1.0.0-beta3"" 的时候出现如下错误..

应该不存在翻墙问题,直接访问 https://packagist.org/packages.json 显示:
