Yii Config 1.2

Yii Config package got a minor version.

In this version we raised the minimum version of PHP to ^8.0 and make a few additions and improvements:

• added ability to change merge plan file path;
• improved performance of collecting data for ReverseMerge and RecursiveMerge .
